Timesheet Summary

The Timesheet Summary for mobile has been designed to be easy to use and display all the information you need about your current timesheets and timesheet history. For information on how to add a timesheet, please see Adding a timesheet.

 

Timesheet Summary

On the Summary you will be able to see a chart that displays all the information about your total timesheets and their status for the current financial year to date. By clicking the arrows beneath this chart, you can see more statistics for either the financial year or the month to date.

On mobile, the timesheet summary is only ever displayed for the current user, regardless of user status. Currently, approvals are only available for iOS users. Approval for Android and Windows devices is coming soon.

 
Timesheets

If you select the Details tab on the Summary page, you will be able to view a list of your ten latest timesheets. You can view these in greater details by either clicking the timesheet or by swiping from right to left on the timesheet and clicking View. From here you can view the details such as the customer linked to the timesheet, the total hours worked and the status of the timesheet. Click Cancel to go back to the Latest Expenses list.

You can view any pending submissions by clicking the Pending Submissions tab. This will show a list of the latest timesheets that you have not yet submitted. Timesheets will not be submitted on Clarity365 for mobile unless you have internet access. If you add expenses, timesheets or absences while offline, these will be saved until you submit them. To submit these timesheets swipe right on the timesheet you wish to submit and click Submit.
