Adding a Timesheet

You can easily add a new timesheet using the Clarity365 for mobile app.

Please note, you must have a wi-fi connection in order to submit a timesheet. However if you submit a timesheet while offline, the timesheet will be saved so that you can submit it once you have an internet connection. For more information regarding offline mode and synchronization, please see our Settings guide by clicking here.

 

Adding a Timesheet:

1. Tap the Timesheets icon on the dashboard

2. Click New in the top right-hand corner of the screen

3. Click Yes if the timesheet is assignable and choose these from the drop down boxes

4. Enter the date of the timesheet

5. Enter a description of your time

6. Choose the hours worked and any breaks taken

7. Upload a copy of a paper timesheet or supporting document. Take a photo using your camera by pressing Camera or upload from your existing photographs using Album or Library

8. Click Submit to send the timesheet to your approver for authorisation
