Editing a User

As your users' information changes, whether they have a new phone number, email address or simply have received a pay increase, you will need to edit their original information. Clarity365 allows you to do this quickly and without hassle. Read this guide to find out how to edit your users.

Editing a User

1. Navigate to Main Navigation > User Management > User Setup

2. Select the edit user icon the left of the name of the user you wish to edit

3. Edit the fields as necessary

4. Either Cancel to remove any changes made and revert to their previous details or click Save in order to replace the old details with the new ones

Please note, you can edit the privileges that a user has in Clarity365 while in edit mode. The Manage Role sub section will allow you to promote or demote users and therefore change the level of access that the user will have in Clarity365.
