Adding your accountant

As well as adding employees, you can also add your accountant into the system. They will receive a secure log in to your business account.

Adding your accountant:

1. Go to Main Navigation > User Management > User Setup

2. Click the New Accountant tab

3. Enter the accountants details and address

4. Enter a phone number and a valid email address for the activation email to be sent

5. Click Save to submit the accountant in Clarity365 - your accountant will be sent an activation email which they will need to open and follow the instructions to activate their account.
