Viewing a Timesheet Summary

Viewing your own Timesheets Summary as a User:

  1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheet
  2. Scroll down to the Timesheets Overview table - you can view the status of your timesheets here
  3. Click the View icon (Clipboard icon) next to an individual timesheet - here you can view the details of an individual timesheet
  4. Click Download PDF to download a PDF version of the timesheet details
  5. Click Cancel to close the pop-up

The Timesheet Summary includes company-wide, or department specific displays that highlight performance and how time is being spent your company. The Overview includes Total Working Hours vs Absence Hours, Top 10 claimants, and breakdowns on Internal vs Billable time.

The Details shows a breakdown of timesheets by Department, Manager and User for a more granular level of insight.

Viewing a Timesheet Summary for the company or a department as an Owner, Process Administrator, Manager or Project Manager:

  1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Authorise Timesheets
  2. Select the Overview or Details tab
  3. In Overview – display can be filtered by time using the Financial Year to Date or Month to Date buttons and by Department by Selecting the specific department in the dropdown menu
  4. In Details – use the filters to narrow down your search results and click Search
  5. The Summary Table displays your departments – use the expand icon to view any sub-departments and click the clipboard icon to filter your Timesheet Table results
  6. Click the View icon (Clipboard icon) next to the timesheet you wish to view - here you can view the details of an individual timesheet, query the timesheet, decline the timesheet or click Download PDF to download a PDF version of the timesheet details
