How do I add a new line?

 

To add a new line click the + icon underneath your existing line. You will then be able to choose a new customer, contract or project to assign your time to.

 

Why can I only add a timesheet for some days?

 

You can only add timesheets for past dates. If you are adding a timesheet on a Tuesday, you will only be able to add time for Monday and Tuesday that week.

If you only work part time, only these days will be available to add time for. To change this, simply click the tick box above the day you would like to add time for.

 

I only want to add a timesheet for Monday and Friday. How do I do this?

 

To add a multi timesheet for certain days, simply leave the boxes under the days you did not work blank, or untick the days using the tick boxes at the top of the page.

 

The Customer/ Project I want to add time to isn’t showing. What do I do?

 

If you can’t find the customer or project you want to assign time to you may not have been assigned to it. Please contact your administrator and ask them to check you are correctly assigned.

If you are still having issues, please contact our support team.

 

I can’t add another line for the same customer. Is something wrong?

 

You cannot add multiple lines for the same customer, contract, project, task or phase as you have already entered the time worked on this this day.

For example, if you assign 6 hours on Monday to ABC Supplies > Project: Website Launch, you can then not assign another 2 hours to this specific customer's contract, however could add the time to ABC Supplies > Project: Website Launch > Phase: Training.

 

How many customers/ projects can I add time for?

 

You can add up to 10 lines of different customers, contracts, projects, phases and tasks in one timesheet.

If you need to add more than this, simply submit and click on the relevant date again to create a new multi timesheet.

 

How do I delete a customer/ project line?

 

To delete a line simply click the Bin icon next to the relevant one. You must always have one line filled in order to submit the timesheet.

 

How do I add overtime/ an absence?

 

To add overtime or an absence click Details under the relevant day next to the relevant customer line. You can then add more details like you would for a normal timesheet.
