Fast Track Timesheet FAQs

I can’t tick some days this week. Why not?

 

You can only add timesheets for past dates. If you are adding a timesheet on a Tuesday, you will only be able to add time for Monday and Tuesday that week.

 

It says ‘Submitted’ or ‘Saved’ next to a date. What does this mean?

 

If you see Submitted next to a date you have already submitted a timesheet for this customer/ project on this day and cannot submit another one.

If you see Saved next to a date, you have already saved a timesheet for this customer/ project on this day. Navigate to your Timesheet Summary to find the timesheet, click the View icon next to it and then Submit to submit it.

 

The Customer/ Project I want to add time to isn’t showing. What do I do?

 

If you can’t find the customer or project you want to assign time to you may not have been assigned to it. Please contact your administrator and ask them to check you are correctly assigned.

If you are still having issues, please contact our support team.

 

The week I want to add time for isn’t showing. What do I do?

 

Please ensure the week you want to add time for is in the past 14 weeks. If it is before this you cannot add a fast track timesheet for this time.

If you still can’t see the correct date, please contact your administrator or our support team.
