When you are filling out the details of your timesheet, you can assign that specific timesheet to show who you worked for.

You can assign to a customer, contract or project by clicking Assign To in the details.

You will only see customers, contracts and projects you have been assigned to.

If you do not see a specific customer, contract or project please contact your administrator to check that you are correctly assigned. Once assigned you should be able to select the customer from the drop down.

If you still cannot see the customer after being assigned, please open a support ticket.

If you have clicked ‘Save’ when creating your timesheet(s) you will then need to submit it for approval.

Please note: You can currently only submit saved timesheets from our Online Version. If you have saved timesheets from your mobile you will need to log into our online version in order to submit them.

Yes, this feature is now available on both iOS and Android. Only timesheets which are pending upload can be edited. You can still edit submitted timesheets from our Online Version.

You can easily add a daily/ weekly, Fast Track or Multiple timesheet to a matrix.

Simply follow the steps below for the method you normally use to add your timesheets but select a tempate from the Timesheet Charge Template box.

Approving a timesheet in Clarity365 has been designed to be as simple as possible.

Approving a timesheet is a two stage process. Once a timesheet has been authorised, a timesheet must then be settled – to tell Clarity365 that the timesheet has been approved by both the owner of the business and, if applicable, any client that a timesheet is associated with.

Adding an absence for an unexpected sick day is the same process as adding a timesheet, however when selecting the status in the Timesheet Details, you will need to select Absent instead of At Work.

You can communicate with your employee about absence requests within Clarity365.

To start the process of communication as to the nature of the absence, how long your employee expects to be away for, and any other details you may require, please go into the Authorise Absence sub-module and find the absence request that you wish to find out more about, using our search filter.

Expand the request to bring up the details of the request. From here you can send a query about the request, which will be sent to your employee.

They will be able to see the query on their Clarity365 system, and will be able to respond in the same way.
