Editing or deleting a timesheet

You can edit or delete a timesheet that has not yet been authorised by a manager or customer.

 

Editing a timesheet:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheets

2. Scroll down to the Timesheet Overview

3. Find the timesheet you want to edit and click the View icon

4. Click Details to view the timesheet

5. Make any changes to the timesheet that are necessary

6. Click Save to submit these changes to Clarity365 - you will then be required to submit the timesheet so that the approver can view the updated timesheet

7. Resubmit the timesheet by clicking the View icon and then Submit.

 

Deleting a timesheet:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheets

2. Scroll down to the Timesheet Overview

3. Find the timesheet you want to delete and click the View icon

4.Click Delete to remove the timesheet

5. Click Ok to confirm that you wish to delete the timesheet
