Adding a weekly timesheet

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheets

2. Click the Add Timesheets tab

3. Click on the date on the calendar you would like to add the timesheet for - Please note you can only add timesheets for past dates

4. Select Weekly

5. Choose Yes if you would like to assign to a customer/ contract/ project

5a. Choose the customer, contract and project from the drop down boxes

6. For each of the days you worked:

6a. Make sure the tick box next to the relevant days are ticked

6b. Enter a description of your time

6c. Choose At Work and the daily classification type

6d. Select the start and end times and break duration

6e. Optional: upload an image or document to attach to your timesheet

7. Click Submit to send the timesheets to the approver for authorisation
