Adding a timesheet for a day absent

If you have had a day absent unexpectedly and have not booked it off as an absence, you will need to enter an absence timesheet.


Adding a timesheet for a day absent:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheets

2. Click New Timesheets tab

3. Choose the day you were absent

4. Assign and enter the general details as normal

5. Click Absent next to Status

6. Choose the absence reason from the drop down list

7. Choose the start and end times of your absence

8. Click Submit to send the timesheet for authorisation by your approver
