Adding a multiple timesheet

Multiple timesheets allow you to upload bulk timesheets to different customers and projects in just a few clicks. Find out how to enter one here.

 

Adding a multiple timesheet:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Timesheets

2. Click the Multiple Timesheets tab

3. Choose a date from the calendar you would like to add the time for

4. Select Internal or the customer you would like to assign to the multiple timesheets from the drop down box

5. Then select the branch, contract, project, phase and task as applicable

6. Enter the number of hours you worked under the relevant days - e.g. enter 3.5 if you worked 9am - 12:30pm on a specific project.

7. If you would like to add overtime or an absence click Details under the relevant day

7a. Once you have finished adding details, click Ok

8. To add another Customer or Project click the + symbol

9. You can then continue adding time in this way

10. Click Submit to submit timesheets for approval

 

Deleting a line on the multiple timesheet form:

If you add a customer or project by mistake, you can delete it.

1. Click the Bin icon next to the relevant line

2. This Customer/ Project line will be deleted
