New Self-Billing Invoice - User

The User setting in Self-Billing enables the individual users that have been set up with self-billing permissions to raise their own invoices to the company with their billable timesheets and expenses.

To enable the company to raise these invoices on the behalf of the users, please see New Self-Billing Invoice – Company.

Create a new self-billing invoice by selecting the invoice or invoices and clicking 'Invoice selected'. Use the time filter to search for a particular date range. Click the clipboard icon on each row to view more details.

New Self-Billing Invoice

  1. Go to Main Navigation > Self-Billing Management > Manage Self-Billing > New Self-Billing Invoice.
  2. Filter by date and click Search
  3. Use the Expand icons next to each client to view the items that can be self-billed
  4. Click the Edit icon to include a discount, if necessary.
  5. Click the View icon to review the details of the individual item.
  6. Make sure the items you want to invoice are selected using the tick boxes.
  7. Click Generate Invoice - This will send the self-billing invoice to the owner/ process admin for authorisation. If you are the owner/ process admin, your self-billing invoice will be automatically authorised.
