Changing the Currency of an Invoice

While creating an invoice, you have the option to raise the invoice in any currency you have entered in Clarity365 in the Exchange Rates Module. This will not change the values that you, as the Invoice Raiser, sees. Your end customer however will see all values in the selected currency.

You can check the values by clicking Save, finding the invoice in Summary and downloading the PDF that you can send to your customer.

The Invoice PDF will display in the selected currency, with the default rate displayed in the footer of the invoice for reference. The customer portal will also display values in the selected currency.

  1. Create invoice as normal
  2. Click the Invoice Currency tab to display the Currency dropdown and select your preferred currency
  3. Click Save, Save and Create New or Send to Customer to create the Invoice
