Generating a Budget Variance Report

Clarity365 comes with 10 built-in reports to allow you to view in-depth data about your business and observe your business by financial months and years. A Budget Variance report allows you to view the difference between your income and outgoings.

 

1. Go to Main Navigation > Reports

2. Choose the Budget Variance and click Generate Report

3. Enter dates into the time filter to view data only between the dates selected

4. Click Generate to view a summary of the data taken from Clarity365 for the parameters that you have set

5. To export your report to an Excel file click Export

6. To print your report click the Print button
