Using the Control Tower

Your control tower is the module you first see when you log into Clarity365. Here you can see an overview of your expenses, timesheets, absences and projects. For a more detailed overview of each of these you can click on the appropriate tab at the top of the page, these are outlined below.

 

To Reach the Control Tower:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Control Tower

2. You can view data by either financial year to date or month to date by clicking the relevant button.

 

The Expenses Summary:

1. Click the Expenses tab.

2. You will see a summary of your company's expense claims. This includes data such as average claim per user, average mileage claim and average submissions per day.

 

The Time Summary:

1. Click the Time tab.

2. You will see all of your company's timesheet data. You can see an overview of detailed information such as total overtime submitted, average hours per user as well as various charts detailing timesheet information

 

The Absence Summary:

1. Click the Absence tab

2. This tab shows all holiday and absence submitted by users. Here you can see the average leave per user, average illness per user and other detailed information

 

The Project's Summary:

1. Click the Projects tab

2. You will see a detailed overview of your company's external and internal projects. You can easily see information such as the amount of client project hours, average hours per user and total hours.

 

The Profit and Loss Summary:

1. Click Profit and Loss tab

2. Here you will see all the data related to the profit and loss for your company. Also taken into account are the Flat Rate Scheme, corporate tax and dividend distributions so you can view gross and net profit totals.
