Edit or Delete a Customer

Editing a customer:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Customers & Suppliers > Customers

2. Click the View icon next to the customer to edit

3. Click Customer Information tab

4. Click Edit

5. Make any changes. Then click Save

You can also edit branches of a company.

1. Click the Branches tab

2. Click the Edit icon next to the relevant branch

3. Make any changes and click Save to submit the changes to Clarity365

 

Deleting a customer:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Customers & Suppliers > Customers

2. You will see the summary screen

3. Click the Delete icon next to the relevant customer - you will asked for confirmation of this

4. Click OK to confirm that you wish to delete the customer
