Assets

Assets cover all items in your business that aren’t for resale. Everything from work laptops to heavy machinery are all considered assets. In the Assets module you can log every asset that your company currently owns to keep track of everything of value in your business.

 

Adding an asset:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Accounting Management > Assets

2. Click the New Asset tab

3. Enter the date the asset was brought

4. Enter the supplier

5. Add a description of the asset

6. Choose the depreciation type of the asset

7. Enter the years and percentage of depreciation

8. Enter the value the asset was purchased for

9. Select the VAT rate

10. Select the GL sub category

11. Upload a copy of the reciept or document

12. Add the payment details

13. Click Save to submit the asset to Clarity365's records
