Adding an absence

Adding an absence:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Manage Absence

2. Click the Add Absences tab

3. Choose the date, or start date, of your absence

4. Enter a description of your absence

5. Choose Daily or enter custom dates

6. Select your absence reason from the list provided

7. Choose All Day or enter start and end times

8. Optional: attach a file to accompany the absence

9. Click Submit to send the absence to your approver for authorisation
