Absence Calendar

User permissions required: Owner, Process Administrator or Manager

View the status of ALL absences within your company within your specific department (managers only) or across your entire business (Owners and Process Administrators). View which users have submitted requests which are 'Awaiting Authorisation' and 'Approved' and schedule staffing around planned leave.

View Absence Requests:

  1. Go to Main Navigation > Time Management > Authorise Absences
  2. Click the Calendar tab under Summary
  3. If required you can filter by department by selecting the Department drop-down list
