Once you have downloaded the app you will need to log in.
Please note, once you have logged in, if you leave and re-enter the app without securely signing out, you will be asked to enter your PIN number for the app. This is a security measure. You can now use fingerprint or face ID to log back into the app, if your iOS device supports these functions. To find out how to log out securely please see Logging Out.
Logging In:
1. Select the app icon on your device to open Clarity365 for Mobile
2. You will be brought to the login screen
3. Enter your email address and password for your Clarity365 account
4. Tap Login to enter your Clarity365 account
Please note, if you have forgotten your login details please ask your administrator. If you need to reset your password you need to do so through the Clarity365 web login. Please find out how to do that here.
