Forgot PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN to get back into your mobile app, don't panic! You will need to change it inside your account in order to use the app again.

 

Change your PIN:

1. Log into your Clarity365 account through a laptop or desktop computer, rather than the mobile app

2. Select My Account at the top of the screen

3. Click Change Security Details

4. Click the PIN Change tab

5. Enter a new PIN number and type it again to confirm

6. Click Update PIN

 

Please Note: If you update your PIN using the desktop version you will need to log out and back into the mobile app before next use.
