If you close the app but it is still active in the background of your device, you will be able to reopen the existing screen you left on if you re-open within 15 minutes. You will only be directed to the Pin entry screen if you force close the app or if the time is greater than 15 minutes.

If your app is crashing it may conflict with an older version or data. To resolve the problem please try closing the app in the background and re starting it. Alternatively, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device.

If the problem persist, please contact support. 

If your chart data is showing differently on your app compared on online, it may not have updated correctly.

Please ensure you have internet connection to load the summary and synchronise in Settings. This should update your summary to the correct details.

If you can’t see your expense, mileage or timesheet in the summary on your phone, try logging in online and see if you can view the item there. If you can, you may need to synchronise your app.

If you cannot see the item online, you may have lost internet connection when submitting the expense. Go to the Pending expense/ mileage/ timesheet tab on the app to find the item and submit.

The GL codes that you select are selected by your company. Please contact your account administrator if you are unsure of which to select.

Yes, this feature is now available on both iOS and Android. Only timesheets which are pending upload can be edited. You can still edit submitted timesheets from our Online Version.

Android devices have multiple keyboard options. If you find you cannot click 'Submit' or 'Save' click the 'Return/back' button.

Alternatively, click the keyboard symbol located in the bottom left of your Android keyboard, then select the floating keyboard option.
