The Absence Summary for mobile has been designed to be easy to use and display all the information you need about your current absences and absence history. For information on how to add an absence, please see Adding an absence.
Absence Summary
On the Summary you will be able to view a chart that displays all the information about your current leave allowance and taken for the financial year to date, as well as any pending time and your TOIL status.
By clicking the arrow beneath the chart you will be able to view a Summary with all the data about your current annual leave status for the year - providing more specific data on your current status than the chart if necessary.
On mobile, the absences summary is only ever displayed for the current user, regardless of user status. Currently, approvals are only available for iOS users. Approval for Android and Windows devices is coming soon.
