Notifications

Notifications are used in Clarity365 to inform or prompt you of important events, for example, reminding you to add a timesheet or letting you know your expenses have been approved and paid.

 

Where can I find my notifications?

1. Go to Top Navigation Menu > My Notifications

2. You will see a small summary of your pending notifications at the top of the screen, click View Notifications

3. Scroll down and you will see a list of all your pending notifications

4. Click the View icon next to each one to see more information relating to the notification.

 

How do I know when I've received a notification?

When you receive a notification, a number will appear next to My Notifications on the top navigation menu. This will increase with every notification you receive until you dismiss them.
