I didn't receive a password reset email. What should I do?
If you don't receive an email after you have completed the 'forgotten password' form, please check your spam and junk folders. If you still can't find the email, double check you have entered the email your Clarity365 account is registered with.

I've forgotten/ lost access to the email I used when signing up. What should I do?
Please contact our support team to let them know. We will try to help you as best we can to regain access to your account.
I can't log into my account but I'm sure I'm using the correct email and password. What should I do?
Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password form. If you are still having trouble please contact our support team and let us know the account email you are trying to sign in with.
