If you need to change your password, security word or PIN number for the mobile app, follow the steps below.
Changing security details:
1. Go to Top Navigation Menu > My Account
2. Click Change Security Details
Changing your password:
1. Enter your current password
2. Enter a new password
3. Enter your new password again to confirm
4. Click Update Password
Changing your PIN:
1. Click the PIN Change tab
2. Enter a new PIN number
3. Enter your new PIN number again to confirm
4. Click Update PIN
Changing your security question:
1. Click the Security Question Change tab
2. Select a new security question from the drop down list
3. Enter your new security answer
4. Click Update Security Question
