We are aware you, our users, access the internet in different ways and may have different requirements. Our aim is to make it as quick and easy as possible to access information across our websites (dataclarity.uk.com, clarity365.co.uk, help.clarity365.co.uk & claritycms.uk.com). We have developed our websites to be clear and simple, for everybody to use. If you come across an area within one of our sites that is difficult to use please tell us about it so we can improve our accessibility. Font Sizes / resizing text
Our websites have been designed to allow you to resize the page text if you want to. This can be done by zooming in and out of the page (Press ‘Ctrl’ ‘+’ or ‘Ctrl’ ‘-‘). If you would prefer to view this site with larger text then change the text size within your browser settings. Instructions for the most popular browsers can be found below:
Google Chrome
Go to Google Chrome and click the top right corner to open the menu:
- Click ‘Settings’
- Click ‘Show advanced settings’
- Scroll down to ‘Web content’
- Select the ‘Font size’ and ‘Page zoom’ you require
Microsoft Edge
Go to the ‘Settings’ situated in the top right corner of Microsoft Edge. Scroll down to ‘Reading’ and choose your reading view style and font size from the drop down options.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Go to the menu by clicking on the cog wheel. Select ‘Zoom’ and choose the option which suits you best.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to Mozilla Firefox and click the top right corner. Click the ‘-‘ to zoom out or the ‘+’ to zoom in. To change the font click ‘Options’ and choose ‘Content’.

Screen resolution and other issues
Our websites have been designed to be viewed in 1024 x 768 screen resolution. To change the screen resolution on Internet Explorer on your computer, open ‘Display’ properties and click on the ‘Settings’ option. Draw the sliding ‘Desktop Area’ scale to 1024 x 768 or higher.

This site has some flash content, targeted at Flash Player 8 and above. Text alternatives have been provided in the event that Flash Player has not been installed on your computer. Alternatively you can visit the Adobe site and download the latest version of flash player.
Some of the content available on our website is in PDF format. If you don’t have a PDF reader installed on your computer you can visit the Adobe site and download a free PDF reader. Otherwise you can request a copy of the relevant report by contacting Data Clarity.
Compatibility
You will need Internet Explorer 11.0 (as a minimum) to view our websites and/or to operate our software Clarity365. We do not support any browser versions below this. To download the latest version of Internet Explorer for your PC, please click here.

Adding no-reply@dataclarity.uk.com to your address book

In order to receive exported data, reports and registration emails from us please add our email address to your address book. This will prevent emails filtering through to your Junk box, Clutter or SPAM folders.
Outlook
To add names to the Address Book, do any of the following:
- Create a contact for that person in your Outlook Contacts. After the contact is saved, the changes are reflected in the Address Book.
- You can import people from other lists or address books, such as Webmail lists. Click the File tab.

Gmail
Add a Sender to Your Gmail Address Book Fast
- Click the down arrow (More) next to the Reply button in the top right corner of the email message.
- Select Add ___ to Contacts list from the menu that comes up.

iCloud
When you use iCloud Mail to read your email, you can easily add the email address of the sender or any CC’d recipients to a new contact in iCloud Contacts.In iCloud Mail, click the sender’s or recipient’s name or email address in the header of the message you’re viewing, enter information for the contact, then click Save.
You can enter the contact’s name and company, and choose the type of email address. You can also make the contact a VIP. Mail shows VIP status, but Contacts doesn’t. Contacts are sorted and displayed according to the sort preferences you set in iCloud Contacts preferences.

Yahoo! Mail ®
- Open the email.
- With your mouse, highlight the email address at the top of the email.
- Right-click the highlighted email address and select Copy from the drop-down menu.
- On the left side of your screen, next to Contacts, click Add.
- In the Email field, right-click and select Paste.
- Click Save.

AOL
For members using AOL 9.0 Optimized SE/LE and above:
1. Click the Mail menu, then click Address Book.
2. In the Groups section, click Categories.
3. From the Categories list, click Auto-Added.

Outlook
- On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
- On the Safe Senders tab, select the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List check box.

Gmail
- Select More from the left menu.
- Select Spam.
- Select no-reply@dataclarity.uk.com or search for it using the search bar
- Tick the small box to the left of the email heading
- Select ‘Not spam’.
- Go to inbox.
- Select no-reply@dataclarity.uk.com (to go inside the email itself)
- Click the drop down arrow on the right hand side of the email. The time will be displayed to the left of this button.
- Click Add to contacts list.
iCloud
iCloud automatically identifies most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or its aliases and moves the junk mail to your Junk mail folder. If you receive unwanted mail, you can mark it as junk. Messages marked as junk are displayed with a junk mail icon .
Important: Because email messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days, periodically check the Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly.
Indicate that an email message isn’t junk
- Click the Junk folder in the sidebar.
- Select a message, then click the Not Junk button in the top right of the message window.
The message is moved to your Inbox. Subsequent email messages from the same sender are no longer automatically marked as junk.

Yahoo! Mail ®
Need to relocate emails from one folder to another? No problem. It's quick and easy to move your emails around.
Moving your emails
While viewing a folder's email list:
- Select the checkbox for the email(s) you want to move.
- If you're viewing a single message, continue to step 2.
Click Move.
Click the destination folder's name in the drop-down list or click New Folder.

Click a folder's name - Your emails are moved to the selected folder.

Click New Folder - Enter a name for the folder and click OK.
The folder is created and your selected emails are moved to it.

AOL
Accidentally mark a message as Spam? If it's been less than five days since you marked the message as Spam, you can still move it back to your inbox. After five days, your Spam folder will be automatically deleted.
To move a message from your Spam folder back to your inbox:
- 1. In the left panel, click the Spam folder.
- 2. Click the box to the left of the message that you want to move out of the Spam folder, and then above your list of messages, click the OKNOT SPAM button.

At Clarity365 we understand that different people access the internet in different ways. We have tried to develop our website to cater to the requirements of everybody. If you wish to pin the Clarity365 Windows 10 Desktop App to your taskbar, please right click the Clarity365 app icon on your task bar to show a menu. On this menu please select the 'Pin to Taskbar' option. The Clarity365 app will now be pinned to your taskbar and will remain there unless you choose to unpin it. This allows you to open the app simply by clicking on the icon on your taskbar.
